I'm overweight. I have weak muscle tone, terrible eating habits, high blood pressure, and atrocious cholesterol numbers.
I am not unfit because I don't know any better. I am perfectly aware about how big of a deal this is. I am also aware of how to safely and effectively get into the kind of shape that I want to be in. I just have a terrible time sticking with the kind of personal habit transformations that will allow me to finally get in shape and stay in shape.
This blog is an attempt to structure and document my attempt to radically transform my lifestyle and lock-in healthy habits.
